DESIGN & PREPARATION
A strategic design and preparation meeting with clients is necessary to determine the extent of the event and targeted media coverage. Decisions on dates, time, season, theme (new products or grand opening), budget, brand message, and do and don'ts must be clarified before the next step.
MEDIA PREPARATION
We start the PR process by designing Fact Sheets, timed News Releases, assembling images, audio, and video clips. Our team can arrange and coordinate exclusive media photoshoots for clients with select media for industry, social, news, or publicity service. Certain photo and video vendors also provide an additional heads up to their respective media industry and outlet. Our chosen professional photo and video associates provide print high-quality photos and videos of the store, people, and events (may also include free public domain use rights).
