“Oahu Club”, Hawaii’s largest private fitness club in Hawaii Kai is a unique facility surrounded by forest & nature preserve - where endangered species, wild birds and ducks can be seen. With rich training options ranging from swimming, tennis, to muscle training, I decided to start my training with a personal trainer.
To increase, maintain & prevent decrease in muscle mass, we began by checking my body’s flexibility, muscle strength & focused on fixing my weak points. Though most of the 1-hour training session is not easy, I have never felt it to be too difficult, as I enjoy working out while experiencing nature & fantastic blue sky. I even feel energized & refreshed after my workout.
